EXCLUDED PARTIES LIST SYSTEM (EPLS)

 

As developed  and provided by Information Science Corporation (ISC), Kensington, Maryland for the United States General Services Administration(GSA), Office of the Chief Acquisition Officer (OCAO) and the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) Division, Arlington, Virginia. The EPLS is an Electronic, web-based system that identifies those parties excluded from receiving Federal contract, certain subcontracts and certain types of Federal financial and non-financial assistance and benefits

 

The Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) is used by the Federal Government to identify and list those sanctioned companies and individual that are debarred and prohibit from certain federal contract, biding on contracts or receiving government contracts.

 

For those programs that receive Federal funds for their program should  access  Excluded Parties (EPLS) web-based system (www.epls.gov)  to search and review the status (if any)  of  consultant(s), contractors, subcontractors, service providers  or vendors doing business with the Pomona Unified School District.
