Kingsley Elementary School has a rich and diverse 51-year history of continued commitment to excellence in education. Our combined staff of 82 share a vision of building our future, one child at a time, until we reach all 900 plus kindergarten through fifth grade students. All children will succeed at Kingsley!

Established in 1950, Kingsley Elementary School has evolved into a diverse learning community where teachers, staff, parents, and students all work together to create a caring and supportive environment for all students. We are a school where a safe school climate is prioritzed, where multiculturalism is accepted, and where the potential of every student is nurtured. Our focus areas include Total Literacy excellence, Response to Intervention practices, and providing outstanding English Language Development instruction.

Kingsley currently serves approximately 655 General Education students in Kindergarten through 5^th grade.  Our outstanding Special Education team provides excellent services to our students with disabilities in Pre-Kindergarten through 5^th grades. In collaboration with Child Development, we have two HeadStart classes and an ASES afterschool program serving dozens of students daily after school. Adult Education English as A Second Language Classes are offered on site.
