The following document contains a list of Pomona Unified School District supported applications and programs.  This directory will give a brief description of the program, may assist school site staff in selecting new programs/software and assist in submitting ITS Help Desk Tickets.

Help Desk (Administrative Resource and Downloads)

Web-based request and tracking system for users of technology.  Provides speedy assistance concerning computer hardware and software applications from their IT support providers.  It is a future inventory asset control feature.
