Peer Resources

Pomona Peer Resources (PPR) is a dedicated effort to establish, enhance and coordinated peer helping.  These efforts support school safety, climate and the enhancement of school culture.  PPR provides competency based skill sets improving the quality of our services.  PPR is part of a comprehensive (academic, social, and personal) approach to peer intervention.  We provide training in all aspects of peer helping and conflict mediation.  We sponsor training and networking opportunities designed to foster coordinated effort in meeting the diverse needs of our kids.  Our Annual Conference is second to none in its effort to bring to Peer Helpers effective training and networking.  PPR works with twelve secondary schools and over twenty individual peer intervention programs.  Our programs are diverse, unique, and inclusive.
