Persons receiving Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) are eligible to learn marketable skills for employment. Services include Adult Basic Education, GED preparation, English as a Second Language, vocational training, carrer counseling and job placement assistance.

The center, in the partnership with Adult and Career Education, occers access to employment services to assist job seekers with career planning, educational and vocational training, interviewing techniques and job placement. Funded by the county of Los Angeles.
