Mission
The Personnel Office is committed to the recruitment, selection and retention of quality personnel in order to support the District's goal of ensuring a work environment that speaks to respect, tolerance and high expectations. It is in keeping with the District's mission of "... ensuring that each student, to the degree of his/her highest potential, will demonstrate literacy in reading, writing, speaking, problem-solving, and computing and that each student will demonstrate expected standards of citizenship."

The Personnel Office continues to strive to utilize timely and efficient hiring practices to meet the needs of the District. It focuses on retaining and recruiting quality personnel in the areas of classified, certificated and administrative management personnel in addition to processing and filling vacancies in an expeditious manner. It continues to be the goal of the Personnel Office to provide a high degree of professional service to the organization.
