TRANSCRIPTS

• If you graduated in 2006 or EARLIER, transcript requests must be made through the PUSD Mailroom to access records. 
• If you graduated in 2007 or LATER, you have the following options:

1. Walk in and request transcripts directly from the Counseling or Registrar's offices.

2. Print the form provided at the bottom of this page (TranscriptRequestSlip.doc) and fax it to DRHS at the humber provided.

3. Request a transcript via Docufide, the online transcript request service (below).

Please note:

• Docufide Transcripts are avilable for students who have graduated in 2005 and later. CLICK HERE to learn more about the Docufide Process
  
• Transcript Requests via Docufide cost $5.00 per transcript
