History

Pomona Unified School District applied for and received a School Improvement Grant from the California Department of Education in May 2010.  The District implemented the program in September 2010 at Emerson Middle School, Fremont Academy of Engineering and Design and Pomona High school and is on-going through June 2013.  These schools were designated consistently low performing schools in California. The three schools are implementing the Transformation Model to improve student achievement.
