Girl Talk Girl Talk is a regular support group for females held during or after school on various high school campuses. It originated several years ago at Garey High and is now facilitated throughout the district. The brainchild of 3 Pitzer College interns, Girl Talk was set-up to address the issues and needs of high school females. Facilitators include: college interns, community partners, PUSD personnel and female peer counselors. Girl Talk allows for a free and open discussion of issues relating to young women. English groups and Spanish groups are available at most sites. Most groups meet every other week. Check your school site for days and times.
