Morning Drop Off:

Parents hugs and kisses at the gate. If students are eating breakfast they go directly to the cafeteria line. Parents are not allowed into the cafeteria-Staff only due to our Federal Free Lunch Program. Students who are not eating breakfast sit on the patio benches until the campus supervisors release the students to the playground. When the bell rings students will line up and teachers will pick up the students and walk them to class.

All Kindergarteners will wait in the cafeteria for their teachers.

If you wish to walk your child to class-stop in the office sign in our visitors book and put on a visitors pass. See posted sign at the gate.

School Information:

ASES:

ASES packets are available in the front office.

Attendance:

Please notify the office within 24 hours regarding the reason for absence.

Cell phones:

Students may not bring cell phones to school. They may use the office phone to contact parents. The school will not be responsible for lost or stolen phones.

Childcare:

There is no available before/after school childcare. Parents please pick up your student in a timely manner.

Electronic Devices:

No electronic devices allowed on campus. The school will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property.

Fevers:

If your child has a fever, before returning to school, your child must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of any medications. Your child must be cleared by our school nurse or health assistant before returning to class.

First Day of the 2011-2012 School Year will be August 23, 2011.

Gum:

Gum chewing is not allowed on campus.

Kindergarten Registration:

Allison is currently accepting Kindergarten registration. Please stop by the office to pick up a packet.

MP3/IPOD:

No MP3/IPOD devices allowed on campus.The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parties/Snacks:

Only packaged store bought items or item baked from PUSD food services may be served. Healthy snacks only-see office for the allowable list.

STAR Testing:

Testing will begin May 2-May 20, 2011. Please bring students to school on time.

Testing Tip:

During testing time students should go to bed early to ensure they are well rested. A nutritious breakfast will also ensure that they are focused and ready. Encourage your students to do their best!
